I don't know my race window yet+
That's completely fine. HYROX releases race windows about 3 days before the event. You book your coverage now with a €50 deposit, and we send you a simple form to fill in your race window as soon as you have it.
How does payment work?+
€50 non-refundable deposit to lock in your slot. The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before race day. No surprises, no invoices.
Can you also shoot my doubles or relay teammate?+
Yes, for photos. Add 15 extra photos of your teammate for €50 at checkout (available on The Shot and The Combi). Before your race, we'll ask how you want it covered: solo focus (gallery of you only, even when racing duo), split (a few of each), or dual feature (both of you equally in photos and reel). For video, we recommend the dual feature option since you're already racing side-by-side. If your teammate wants their own solo focus, they can book separately.
What if I need to cancel or get injured?+
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel 72+ hours before your race and we'll refund any remaining balance, or credit your deposit toward a future booking within 6 months. Inside 72 hours, the booking is non-refundable, but you can transfer your slot to a friend racing the same event (just give us 48h notice). If HYROX cancels the event, you get a full refund. What if I don't finish the race?+
We still capture your attempt. You'll get everything from your race, regardless of finish time or completion.
Do I own the photos and video?+
You get full personal usage rights: post anywhere, keep forever. We just ask that you tag us (@hybridracemedia) when you post. We retain the right to use your content on our portfolio and socials.
When will I receive my content?+
Photos within 48 hours, video within 72 hours. For multi-day events (like Berlin or Worlds), the delivery clock starts after the event ends, not the day you race. This lets us focus on shooting during the event and editing properly afterward. If you need it faster for a brand deadline, let us know at booking.
